Our chocolate squares are made by us with passion and transparency, using 100% traceable and ethical cocoa from our family farm in El Salvador , and from other specialized and sustainable plantations in El Salvador, Guatemala, Costa Rica and Mexico.

  • Our artisanal techniques preserve the unique flavours and precious nutrients of cocoa; we use only 2 core ingredients: transparently and ethically sourced cocoa beans and traceable organic cane sugar, as well as alternatives such as date and coconut sugar.
  • We don't add cocoa butter, so all you'll taste is the fullness and complexity of the cocoa itself without any added fat, because we don't care about the chocolate melting in your mouth, but that it's truly authentic and as pure as possible.
