Collection: Bean To Bar Chocolate Stone Ground in Sardinia

We are the first to produce Bean to Bar chocolate in Sardinia.
Our chocolates are made by us with passion and transparency in Olbia, Gallura, Sardinia, starting from the primary processing of cocoa beans that we import directly from 3 plantations in El Salvador, including our own, Finca Cuyancúa, and from other countries such as Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras and Costa Rica.
We use only 2 basic ingredients : cocoa beans and cane sugar, date sugar and coconut sugar. We do not add cocoa butter, so all you will taste is the fullness and complexity of pure cocoa, without added fat. We do not care about industrial meltiness: our goal is to offer you an authentic and as pure chocolate as possible.
