- Most chocolates on the market have a lot of sugar, added fats, vegetable oils of unknown origin, animal derivatives, anything but real cocoa. Low percentages, useless ingredients, artificial flavors: the complete opposite of what chocolate should be.
- We have believed right from the start in the potential of pure cocoa , a seed rich in properties and benefits. For this reason, in our chocolates we never go below 72% cocoa and we do not add extra cocoa butter. Only traceable organic cocoa and sugars (cane, date, coconut), for an intense and authentic taste.

Created in Olbia with passion and transparency, we work cocoa beans directly from plantations in El Salvador (including our own, Finca Cuyancúa) and Mesoamerica.
