- Most chocolates on the market contain a lot of sugar, added fats, vegetable oils of unknown origin, animal derivatives – everything but real cocoa. Low percentages, unnecessary ingredients, artificial flavors: the opposite of what chocolate should be.
- We have always believed in the potential of pure cocoa, a bean rich in properties and benefits. For this reason, our chocolates never go below 75% cocoa beans and we do not add extra cocoa butter. Only cocoa and traceable organic sugars (cane, date), for an intense and authentic taste.

Created in Olbia with passion and transparency, we process cocoa beans directly from plantations in El Salvador (including our own, Finca Cuyancúa) and Mesoamerica.
