Our chocolates are handcrafted with high- percentage, low- sugar cocoa beans , without the addition of cocoa butter, lecithins, or flavorings.

I love dark chocolate and I have tried many, but what can VAICACAO achieve on the taste buds is pure heaven. I took the pack of 12 chocolates to try them all and I think this will become a standard order from time to time because I can’t say that one is better than the other. They are all exquisite!
After a longer period of cacao ceremonies Ive been preparing for myself and ones I love, having beatiful moving momenta with VAI each time.. Ive finly tasted for the fist time some bars from the degusti box. VAI, as always supports my life long love for cacao at the very very best.
