Shipping and Delivery Times
All products are shipped from Sardinia, Italy.

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless there are exceptions or production delays (in which case you will be notified).

  • All shipments are sent with a tracked courier service.

  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on Friday after 12:00 pm are shipped on the following Monday.

  • In the event of significant delays, you will always be contacted.

🇮🇹 Shipping within Italy:

Standard shipping with express courier €5.99 and FREE for orders over €75.00.

🚚 Delivery Times in Italy:

2–4 business days, except for remote areas (4–5 business days).
Sardinia: 1–2 business days (24 hours if the order is ready and shipped by 12:00 pm).

Not at home? You can choose to ship your parcel to a pickup point:

  • KI-POINT SDA (Italy) → please enter the address manually.

  • BRT / DPD / GLS pickup points available in Italy.
