Accepted Payments

The VAICACAO online store allows you to purchase cacao nibs and other high-quality cacao-based products. You can pay using the following methods:

Credit / Debit / Prepaid Cards / Payment in 3 instalments with Klarna / Apple Pay

The PayPal payment technology integrated into the checkout page allows you to use your credit card in an even simpler and more secure way. The PayPal Virtual POS guarantees data security through SSL encryption for Visa, Mastercard, Postepay, American Express, and all cards belonging to the Visa and Mastercard banking circuits.

It is also possible to pay in 3 instalments with Klarna or after 30 days.

PayPal

Use your PayPal ID, either through PayPal Standard secure transactions or via iFrame technology directly within the checkout page, following the standard PayPal procedure.

Bank Transfer

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you will find a dedicated section with the bank details required to complete your order within the online store, at checkout under the “payment” section. All necessary instructions will be provided during the final step of the order process. Once the transfer has been received and credited to our bank account, the order will be shipped. To speed up processing times, we recommend sending a copy of the payment confirmation by email. Orders placed by bank transfer that are not paid within five business days from the order date will be automatically cancelled.

Cash on Delivery

Available exclusively in Italy and only with SDA courier service, with an additional cost of €5.00.
