Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to food products, in accordance with current legislation. However, in the event of an error in the purchase, you may notify us within 6 hours of order confirmation. Within this time frame, we will evaluate the possibility of fully cancelling the order before shipment, with the option of receiving a full refund.

Cancellation requests received after the 6-hour window, once the order has been processed, do not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping costs, but only of the value of the products purchased. In the event of a return to sender, costs and responsibility remain with the recipient. You have 14 days to request a cancellation, but this applies only to unopened and undamaged goods.
