This chocolate was created with cocoa that grows in the beautiful Finca de S.Fernando. We worked it with slow artisanal methods, to preserve the personality of the cocoa and its nutritional properties.
INGREDIENTS: Stone-ground cocoa beans (90%), cane sugar, CASHEWS* (cashew nuts) , cocoa bean nibs
Aromatic profile : Hazelnut scent, delicate vegetal and dried fruit notes
