This chocolate is created with cocoa that grows on our plantation. We have worked it with slow artisanal methods, to preserve the personality of the cocoa and its nutritional properties.
Ingredients : stone ground cocoa beans (72%), cane sugar
Aroma : Coffee, Dates, Honey, Floral (tropical forest)
How to enjoy it best : outside of meals, let a small piece melt in your mouth 
Origin : Finca Cuyancùa, El Salvador
Main variety: Trinitarian acrid
Altitude of the plantation : 400 m above sea level
Roasting : very light, <110ºC
Processing: stone ground
Collection: July 2023

In our plantation we do not use pesticides or chemical fertilizers. It is sustainable and regenerative agriculture, beyond organic, inspired by permaculture and biodynamic methods.
