How to use our journal for meditation and ceremonial cocoa

Here are some ideas on how to best use it:

  1. Preparation of the ritual : Before starting your meditation session with cacao, take a moment to prepare yourself internally. Open your journal and take a few moments to write down your intentions for the session. What do you hope to achieve? What emotions do you want to cultivate?
  2. Daily Gratitude : Use a journal page each day to write down at least three things you are grateful or grateful for.
