🌳 Origin: A Deep Collaboration
This precious and unique Fino de Aroma cacao is born from the close collaboration between cacao-growing families and Juan Pablo Buchert, founder of Nahua Cacao in Costa Rica. Juan Pablo is one of Central America's leading cocoa experts, and we had the honor of meeting him during our Salvadoran cocoa reactivation phase. His mission? To generate a positive economic and social impact, based on sustainability and the preservation of Costa Rican cocoa genetics. Nahua not only cultivates its own crops, but also collaborates with families in the Upala and Guatuso regions, guaranteeing transparency and quality with complete traceability of each lot. The harvested cacao is fermented and dried directly at Nahua Cacao's headquarters, preserving every detail of its quality. Nahua Cacao's B-Corp certification reflects its commitment to distance itself from industrial practices that damage ecosystems, instead choosing a sustainable present and future for local communities and the environment.

Why Pure Cacao? Cacao is considered sacred by the people of our Mesoamerican region for a reason: it's a natural reserve of nutrients and functional compounds that can support the nervous system, improve emotional well-being, and boost a positive mood. It's rich in antioxidant flavonoids and tryptophan, an amino acid that promotes serotonin production for a mood-enhancing effect. It also activates the "bliss molecule," anandamide, which provides a sense of well-being.
How to Prepare Your Ritual: Cut out about 20g of cacao, heat water (180-200ml) or a plant-based drink, and melt the cacao slowly to preserve its aroma and properties. For a holistic preparation, add spices like cinnamon or ginger and create your ritual space. Breathe, set your intention, and let the cacao guide you.
Directions for Use:
- Suggested dose: maximum 30 g for ceremonial sessions, 10-15 g for daily use.
- Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or have serious heart conditions.
- Drink water before and after each dose to aid absorption.
