Our VAICACAO® nibs are a natural, nutritious and healthy " superfood " , rich in antioxidants, such as flavonoids, which contribute to heart health, and minerals such as magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, zinc, manganese, iron , all important for the proper functioning of our body.

How it is produced:

Our cacao is carefully selected by us at source and comes exclusively from plantations in El Salvador and Mesoamerica. We process it directly from the cocoa beans using artisanal methods, removing the husks and creating a delicious, ready-to-eat nib.

Recommendations for use and storage:

The daily dose is at least 15 grams, about two level tablespoons . Preferably consume this wonderful seed in the morning or mid-morning for an excellent energy boost!

Storage method : Reseal the package tightly and store in a cool, dry place. It does not melt when heated.

If you are pregnant, consult your doctor as cocoa naturally contains caffeine, albeit in minimal quantities.

Under no circumstances should VAICACAO be used as a substitute for a varied diet or as a substitute for medicines.
