- Job position: Artisan Production Operator
Role Description
We are looking for a Production Worker to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for machine management, quality control, and general support of production operations, including scheduling, management, production logs, and inventory receiving.

Responsibility:
- Operate machinery, production equipment, and heavy objects/materials on occasion.
- Perform quality controls during every stage of production, up to the finished products.
- Assist in the processing of finished products, such as packaging, labeling, and proper storage and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, food hygiene and company regulations.
- Monitor materials and report any replenishment needs.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize the production process.
- Keep your workstation clean and organized for good workplace hygiene.
- Assist the logistics and e-commerce area.
- Any other task that is required for the proper performance of craft operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food production (essential requirement).
- Good knowledge of the English language (to be assessed together with the resource, but it is not an essential requirement).
- Good computer skills, including proper use of emails, Cloud work plans, etc.
- Ability to work in a team, and to practice the profession even in periods of high demand.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Availability to work shifts (flexible hours), including Saturdays, only when formally necessary, otherwise the working week is considered to be Mon-Fri.
